Open Outlook and click Tools

* Click on Accounts to view the list of email accounts

* You will now see a list of all email accounts Outlook
has been configured for
* Make sure the NetNet account is highlighted (in blue
as shown) and then click Properties
* If you do not have NetNet account setup, then click
Add to make a new NetNet email account

* Type your name as you would like it to appear on
the email you send
* Please make sure that you have filled in your email
address correctly. Substitute the word "username"
as shown below for your unique NetNet username. (you
will have chosen this when opening your NetNet account)
* Next you will need to check the server settings, click
on the tab marked Servers highlighted above

* Set your options as above
* The server settings for checking NetNet mail should
be filled in exactly as above.
* Your username should be filled in using lower case
letters. Your password will be shown as *'s for security
reasons. If you have to retype your password every time
you check mail and you wish for Outlook to remember
it for you, click in the Remember password box as shown
above.
* Next you will need to check the connection options.
Click on Connection as highlighted above.

* Your connection screen should look like the one above.
Choose Connect using my modem and then choose the connection
you have made for NetNet in Use the following Dial-Up
Networking connection.
* Please click on Advanced to see the correct default
settings which should not be changed

* This is what your Advanced settings should ALWAYS
look like. If these are changed you might not be able
to send and/or receive mail.
* Click on OK to finish.
