A: The page you are trying to access cannot be found. Check the address and try again. if you are still not successful, the page may no longer exist. Wait for a few
hours and try again.

Q: I went to this page and I got "The server does not have a DNS entry". What happened?
A: First of all be sure that you are connected to the server. This is the main cause for this error to pop up. If you are connected, then the server you are trying
to reach may be down or the address you are trying to reach is incorrect. Check the address and retype it into the location field. If the address is fine, try again
in a few minutes the the problem may be fixed.

Q: Why do I get a message that says "This version does not support frames"?
A: You must download the latest version of Netscape.

Q: I got an error that says "Denied access to proxy server..." What do I do?
A: Within the preferences section of netscape, be sure that under "proxies" there is nothing checked and/or no fields are filled in.

Q: Why is it when I get into Netscape the address is http://old.netnet.net?
A: The browser you are using is non frames/java capable. In order to view the full featured web site at http://www.netnet.net you will need to update your browser.

Q: Why does it say "spawning external viewer" when I try to download a file, and netscape boxes keep popping up everywhere?
A: Next time you go to download software, hold down the shift key on your keyboard while clicking on the link. This will force Netscape to save the file to your hard
drive.
